This Canadian born singer has reincarnated a style of jazz that melts the heart of the young and old alike. Bublé (pronounced Boo-blay) calls Burnaby, BC, Canada home and has Italian roots that run deep. This actor first and singer success later, made his name with producer David Foster and their first album in 2003, Michael Bublé. His mega successful album Crazy Love had chart topping singles “I Haven’t Met You Yet” and “Hold On,” recorded with a personal mission on Bublé’s part, to evoke in the music the organic emotion involved in the highs and lows of relationships. “I Haven’t Met You Yet” was written when Bublé was dating his then girlfriend and now wife, Luisana Lopilato who also appears in the video. Together they have a son, Noah Bublé. His newest release, To Be Loved was recorded with an emphasis on love, happiness, and all things “yummy.” Singles include “Close Your Eyes” and soon to be released “After All” featuring Bryan Adams. The Crazy Love World Tour
Started in March of 2010 in Orlando at the Amway Theater and ended in almost a year and a half later in South Africa. He visited counties like Australia, England, Germany and Brazil. It featured songs from the Crazy Love album as well as other classics like “Fever,” Moondance,” “Mack The Knife” and “All Of Me.” The set had enough room for a full 13-piece band and an 8-piece orchestra.
The Fall To Be Loved Tour
Launches in St. Paul MN at the XCEL Energy Center. The 45-city tour includes Europe and Australia, where he has had major success. The shows will feature songs from his extensive list of covers and songs co-written for the To Be Loved album by Bublé, “It’s A Beautiful Day” and “I Got It Easy.” This album is a stray from all his other releases; he wanted to take the album in a new direction without polarizing his fans and his previous style. You can expect to hear his classic crooning but will hear a new Bublé with his new song “It’s A Beautiful Day” it is a pop/jazz mix and YouTubers claim it is “the best break-up song ever” and Bublé himself says it’s “an anti-love song- maybe a kind of revenge song.”
Coming fresh off the birth of his son and his own birthday, Bublé starts his fall To Be Loved tour in St. Paul MN on September 11, 2013 and ends May 16, 2014 in Sidney Australia, only breaking in the month of December. He will swoon his way across the U.S. stopping at the TD Garden in Boston MA and then making three stops in Texas which include Houston, Dallas and San Antonio on October 18th, 19th, and 20th. Continuing west to Las Vegas, Denver, and Los Angeles. Bublé starts the new year in France, Italy and then he embarks on Australia with 12 stops, which includes two stops at Allphones Arena, better known as the Sydney Super Dome.
