My Chemical Romance is a rock band that was formed by lead vocalist Gerard Way and former drummer Matt Pelissier in 2001.  Gerard was influenced to form this band shortly after the September 11, 2001 attack on the World Trade Center.  Gerard witnessed the planes crash into the historic building and was inspired to form a band.  My Chemical Romance is known for touring non-top and selling out shows.  They have an unwavering fan base and have achieved significant success through their talent and dedication.

My Chemical Romance signed on with Eyeball Records in 2001.   A few years later, My Chemical Romance had a breakthrough.  In 2003, they signed a deal with Reprise Records.  They began to work on their second album and toured with Avenged Sevenfold.  Their main influences are derived from bands and performers such as Iron Maiden, the Beastie Boys, and The Misfits.  My Chemical Romance has also toured with names such as The Used, Green Day, and Fall Out Boy.

Some popular music you may hear by My Chemical Romance are songs like “Welcome to the Black Parade” and “I Don’t Love You” stemming from their album “The Black Parade.”  My Chemical Romance’s first album was “I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love” and the second is named “Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge.”  It has been rumored that My Chemical Romance will have a new release sometime in 2009.  Buy My Chemical Romance tickets today at and experience the excitement of a My Chemical Romance concert live!
