J. Cole is a rapper, songwriter, and record producer from Fayetteville, North Carolina. In 2007 following the release of his debut mixtape The Come Up, J. Cole was contacted by Jay-Z and signed to his record label Roc Nation. Two mixtapes followed before his debut album was released in 2011.
Cole World: The Sideline Story debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, Top R&B Albums and Top Rap Albums charts, garnering him a Best New Artist Grammy nomination. By his second album, Born Sinner, fans were already vying for J. Cole tickets. Born Sinner rose to No. 1 on the Billboard charts as did J. Cole’s third album 2014 Forest Hills Drive, giving the artist three number one albums over the span of three years. J. Cole cites that his musicality is inspired by Tupac Shakur, Nas, and Eminem.

Accompanied by Big Sean, the Forest Hills Drive Tour is in support of the album of the same name. Divided into three acts spanning the United States, Europe, and then a return to the United States, J. Cole has been consistently adding dates since the announcement of the tour. To support his Born Sinner album, J. Cole embarked on a North American tour with fellow artist Wale for the 2013 What Dreams May Come True Tour. Prior to this, J. Cole performed a handful of dates for the Dollar & A Dream Tour during which all J. Cole tickets were priced at a meager $1.00.
Cole World…World Tour
Kicking off before the album even dropped, the 2011 Cole World…World Tour started in August with Cole World: The Sideline Story not being released until September 27th. The 65 date tour spanned North America and Europe. This tour came right on the heels of J. Cole’s 2011 summer tour with Rihanna.
