US Grand Prix Tickets
Demand to attend the US Grand Prix continues to be strong, even after a few years of record attendance at the track. Expect another packed house in Austin again this Fall as the US Grand Prix is now the most popular race in the State of Texas. Fans can purchase Friday only tickets to see the practice rounds, or purchase a Saturday USGP ticket to be there for more practice plus the exciting Sprint Race. The Sunday race is the most popular ticket we offer as that is the day of the US Grand Prix. Fans who want to see all of the action can purchase a 3-day pass which provides access to each day of the USGP.
Like most F1 races, the USGP has seen a rise in attendance due to Netflix's "Drive to Survive" F1 docuseries. Over the decade plus that we have handled tickets for this event, the past few since Covid have seen the strongest demand for tickets. Fans attending the race can choose to purchase a reserved seat (see options below) or a general admission ticket to watch from one of the opening viewing areas on the track. The reserved seats offer a seat with a nice view of a certain area on the track. The G/A tickets are typically the least expensive and allow fans to check out the race from different vantage points around the track.
Tickets purchased for Friday and Saturday will also grant access to the concert held that evening. The concerts at COTA have been general admission shows, that are setup on the open field in the middle of the race track. The post race concerts typically start around 7pm.

USGP Parking
The biggest complaint we receive from fans who purchase tickets to the USGP is about getting to & from the track. COTA is located in an area outside of Austin where there is no regular public transportation. Fans have to take a shuttle bus, drive themselves or take a ride share. A pre-purchased parking pass provides access to the official COTA parking lots. Just make sure you provide plenty of time in your schedule to get to the track and then expect some delays when leaving the parking area post-race. Visit our main COTA parking page to purchase USGP parking passes.
