TOUR Championship Tickets 2024

The atmosphere at The TOUR Championship is truly special for fans who get to see the top golfers in the World compete in a seemingly almost a private event for those fans in attendance. It is a tourney that allows fans to get up-close and really see these talented golfers in a way few other golf tournaments provide. The feeling on the grounds in Atlanta can be electric, and on the final day fans often stream out into the fairway to follow the final golfers as they finish. If you want a truly special golf experience, then get to Atlanta to attend the 2024 TOUR Championship.

The final event of the PGA Tour season is the TOUR Championship, which is the final big event of the 2024 golf season and crowns the FedEx Cup Champion. The TOUR Championship's place on the PGA Tour calendar makes it one of the most important golf tournaments that is not one of the four majors. There are two big story lines at the TOUR Championship, who is going to win the final big tournament in golf and which player will finish in 1st place in the FedEx Cup standings, which means taking home a huge cash prize.

Fans can purchase TOUR Championship passes for Wednesday (practice round), Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday. A daily General Admission Grounds pass provides access to the ticket holder to the course. For an upgraded experience, there are some Club General Admission passes for the TOUR Championship. These may be labeled as "Club" or "Tailgate at the Turn" but are providing the same access. Patrons with Club passes have access to select open-air hospitality areas on the course where there are complimentary beverages (beer & wine) and food buffet. On certain days there may also be "Playoff Porch" passes listed for sale which provide access to an open-air hospitality area on course with prime views of the course.

The TOUR Championship is restricted to the top 30 players who have earned the most points during the PGA Tour season, as well as, the FedEx St. Jude Championship (previously was played at the Northern Trust) and BMW Championship. What sets the TOUR Championship apart from many other tournaments is the tiny field of elite professional golfers that are competing and the giant multi-million dollar check that the FedEx Cup champion receives at the completion of the tournament. The best players in the game start the year with the goal of making this event, and the handful that earn a spot make this among the best golf tournaments to attend in-person. The Tour Championship was first played in 1987.

East Lake Golf Club Hosts TOUR Championship

The annual TOUR Championship is played at the majestic East Lake Golf Club just minutes from downtown Atlanta, Georgia. East Lake is over 100 years old and famous as the home golf course of the legendary Bobby Jones. East Lake Golf Club first hosted this event in 1998, when it was in the rotation with a few other great courses until it was named the permanent location for the TOUR Championship in 2004. East Lake is a course familiar to all pro gofers, and every pro on the tour wants to finish their PGA season there playing for the big prize of the FedEx Cup.
