The organization moved in Indianapolis in 1984 and only appeared in the postseason once in their first 11 seasons. Behind quarterback Jim Harbaugh, the Colts advanced to the 1996 AFC Championship before losing to the Pittsburgh Steelers. The franchise became a powerhouse in the NFL after they drafted quarterback Peyton Manning first overall in the 1998 NFL Draft.
