Client Support Representative (Full-Time):

The Client Support Representative will be responsible for providing customer service and support to our amazing clients, while working with our in-house sales team and outside vendors. The position reports to our Client Relations Manager. It is a full-time position located in Austin, Texas. You must be able to work a flexible schedule that will include day, night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to our clients, in-house team and outside vendors
  • Assist TicketCity clients with a variety of potential support needs
  • Oversee all orders placed through the TicketCity website and troubleshoot any problems
  • Answer inbound phone calls from clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients, in-house team and outside vendors
  • Assist with fraud prevention efforts
  • Support inbound sales calls and the sales staff
  • Aide in various projects related to our website, sales and marketing

Marketing Coordinator:

The Marketing Coordinator position is an opportunity to work within the marketing team to facilitate the execution of different marketing programs across multiple platforms and expand your knowledge of ecommerce, website optimization and brand building. Candidates must be able to execute tasks quickly and precisely as well as absorb and internalize marketing strategies and tactics in an ever changing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Deliverables: Coordinate with marketing team members and partners to ensure on time delivery and consistency of the brand experience in all marketing collateral.
  • Assist Marketing Director: Campaign development, proposals, planning and content assets that will be used to drive awareness and revenue.
  • Influencer Network: Research new partners, negotiate contracts, and manage fulfillment of deliverables and tracking of all efforts.
  • Website: Monitor, update, improve and test page titles, meta descriptions, page structure, tagging and keyword targeting as well as track and report on performance.
  • Social Media: Monitor, identify and respond to opportunities for engagement.
  • Research: Complete competitive, inventory and industry analysis to support internal marketing efforts and PR.
  • Reporting: Compile, format and analyze and present data from multiple platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Communications, Marketing or Business preferred)
  • Highly motivated with ability to adapt and learn new concepts quickly
  • Loves a challenge and isn't afraid to fail

Preferred Experience/Skills:

  • 1+ years working at ecommerce company
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, PR or SEO

The Search Marketing Specialist position is an opportunity to work within the marketing team to build, maintain and optimize large-scale paid advertising efforts across multiple platforms and gain experience with advanced industry tools/systems. Responsibilities:

  • Paid Search: Manage daily execution of paid search efforts including; build out, optimization, testing, budget and ROAS. Develop new strategies for testing, bidding and organization of account structure.
  • Display Marketing: Create prospecting and remarketing campaigns that grow traffic and increase sales. Monitor key performance metrics and optimize to meet goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Graphic Design, Fine Arts or Equivalent Work Experience)
  • Portfolio to demonstrate design ability for web, digital and graphic design.
  • Skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and InDesign)
  • Ability to communicate design rationale.
  • Understanding of the functionality of different design elements.
  • Easily handle multiple deadlines, projects and priorities.

Preferred Experience/Skills:

  • 1+ years' experience in professional design position
  • HTML/CSS/Coding Experience a plus but not required
  • Passionate about sports/live entertainment
  • Photography and video editing experience a plus

Desktop Support Analyst (Part Time):

The Desktop Support Analyst is a part-time job (20-25 hours per week) that will be responsible for providing in house tech support and customer service our TicketCity team. The position reports to our VP of Technology. The hours are fairly flexible and we can accommodate to work around class schedules if you are attending school.
