Client Support Representative (Full-Time):

Our Client Support Representatives help our clients make memories by going above and beyond their expectations while working closely with our in-house sales team and outside vendors. This full-time position located in Austin, Texas, requires the ability to have a flexible work schedule that will include day, night and weekend shifts.

How you'll make a difference:

  • Be the face of TicketCity
  • Provide exceptional service to our clients, in-house team and outside vendors
  • Oversee all orders placed through the TicketCity website and troubleshoot any issues
  • Engage our clients via inbound phone calls, email, live chat, and social media channels
  • Support inbound sales calls and the sales staff to ensure our clients go to their favorite events

Inside Sales Representative (Full-Time):

The full-time, variable schedule Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting current and new customers during standard business hours. The role will also consist of inbound phone sales support during nights and weekend shifts as well as support to our Sales and Client Support Teams and offering a great experience to our amazing clients. The position reports to our Vice President of Sales.

It is a full-time, variable schedule position, located in Austin, Texas. You must be able to work a flexible schedule that will include some nights and weekend shifts.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead development via outbound prospecting, email, past customer contact and lead research projects
  • Communicate effectively with clients, in-house team and outside vendors
  • Answer inbound phone calls to our sales line during night and weekend hour shifts
  • Close sales, upsell and offer extreme sales support and service as necessary
  • Aide in various projects related to our website, sales and marketing

About you:

Email Marketing Manager (Full-Time):

Do you love email? Do you know how to effectively convert existing buyers into loyal customers? If so, TicketCity wants you! The Email Marketing Manager is a new position on our team that will allow you to use your love of data to ensure we keep our current customers happy as well as grow our customer database for future marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the marketing and transactional email programs from idea to delivery.
  • Maintain vendor relationships, manage budget, and achieve revenue goals for the program.
  • Develop a schedule, build segments, and create content for email deployments
  • Create, build, and execute automated marketing campaigns that nurture leads and increase sales from current customers.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators within the email program.
  • Ensure delivery rates and maintain reputation of sending IP's.
  • Build the size and quality of our database via partnerships, website optimizations, and other programs.
  • Manage and optimize product level remarketing programs.
  • Use data to better understand our customers, improve the timing of our communications, and our segmentation.
  • Report customer feedback cross-departmentally for process improvement.
  • Responsible for data hygiene, segmentation, and AB testing of Email templates

Requirements:

  • Expert user of Responsys, Exact Target or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Self-starter that understands and loves ROI marketing
  • Understanding of CAN-SPAM laws
  • Basic understanding of HTML

Preferred Experience/Skills:

  • One (1) plus years' experience working in ecommerce
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office; Mastery level of excel
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and database query language

Director of Development (Full-Time):

TicketCity is seeking an experienced development manager to lead a talented team. We are a growing company and you’ll need to be adept at managing several priorities at once. This person should be able to balance managing and mentoring engineers, defining architecture and best practices, keeping an eye on our aggressive road map, while improving operational performance.

As the Director of Development, you will lead a cross-functional team building several crucial web and mobile applications including our main e-commerce site and supply chain infrastructure. You should be comfortable writing code 25% of the time in order to understand the applications and infrastructure.

What you'll do:

  • Use your technical and project management skills to deliver features on schedule and within scope
  • Manage the day-to-day aspects of the team including mentoring developers, providing input on architectural decisions, and maintain communication with the team to know where you can help
  • Guide the team in finding solutions to challenging technical problems, keeping technology and business needs in balance
  • Translate business and functional requirements into concrete deliverables for your team, and bring new ideas that help grow the business
  • Track bugs, manage critical issues, and triage incoming requests. Participate in on-call rotation for issues with applications and improve overall quality with bug fixes and refactoring
  • Monitor key application quality and stability metrics

Requirements:

  • Experience managing projects and leading a software development team, preferably building web SaaS or e-commerce applications
  • Ability to set priorities while handling several projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback
  • Extensive experience and deep knowledge in at least one of the following: NodeJS, .NET, Ruby on Rails, or Java
  • Experience with enterprise RDBMS systems
  • Experience with cloud-based deployments (AWS a plus)
  • Should be a self-motived producer with drive for results and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate innovative and creative thinking capabilities and problem solving skills
