Hollywood Pantages Theatre FAQ's
At what row does the Mezzanine overhang the Orchestra?
The Mezzanine overhang starts around row T of the Orchestra.
What are the issues with Partial View, Limited View, and Obstructed View seats?
Partial and limited view seating typically have a blind spot to a particular area on the periphery of the stage away from the main action. The blind spot will not affect your view of the action on the center of the stage and will only come into play for some scenes. Obstructed View seating refers to an obstruction in the typical line of sight to the stage, this is usually a handrail. All seats with these issues will be marked as such and can be had at steep discounts to seats without these issues. These tend to be a good bargain.
What are the best seats at the Hollywood Pantages Theatre?
The Pantages Theatre 2,703 seating capacity is relatively large for a theater. The above-average capacity is due to its large row width to accommodate a huge stage. A benefit being most seats in the house are in close proximity to the stage. That said some seats are better than others and if you won't settle for anything less than the best; seats in Rows C-H of the Center Orchestra are as good as it gets. Seats on the left and right inside aisles of these rows also fall into this category.
