Masters Tickets Demand
The Masters are the most coveted tickets in sports. Seeing the Masters Tournament in-person is an experience that is not replicated, which makes it the #1 "bucket list" event for our customers. Prices on both Masters practice round passes and tournament badges have risen dramatically recent years as more fans than ever desire to attend the tournament.
The Masters Tournament
The Masters is played each April at Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia. The tournament has 3 days of practice rounds, including the Par 3 Tournament on Wednesday, followed by 4 tournament days from Thursday to Sunday.
Insider Tips to The Masters
- When the gates open, leave a chair near the 18th green to come back to at the end of the day.
- Spend an hour in the Amen Corner grandstand, which provides views of the Par 3 12th hole and approach shots to the 11th hole.
- Visit the Augusta National merchandise center early before the best Masters gear sells out.
- Try the Pimento Cheese sandwich at the concession stands.
- Leave your cell phone at home, and cameras are only allowed on practice round days.
- Soft canvas folding chairs are the only type of chair you can bring in to Augusta National.
- Get tickets early, as we often see a spike in demand as the tournament approaches.
Masters Badges & Practice Round Tickets
A Masters badge is necessary to attend the tournament rounds Thursday through Sunday. You can purchase a single day badge, or a badge for all four tournament days. Single day badges must be picked up and returned each day. Badges can be picked up in the morning on the day you purchased, and then must be returned that same evening after the golf concludes.
Masters badges require a security deposit, which may be charged if you lose or do not return, the badge. While on the course, your Masters badge must be visible the entire time. Badges grant you access to all patron areas on Augusta National including the practice area.
Masters practice round passes are individual tickets that are issued for the Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday practice rounds. Wednesday practice round tickets also grant access to watch the Masters Par 3 Tournament.
Masters badges and practice round passes will be picked up in Augusta on the day you are attending the tournament. Our team reaches out to customers, prior to the tournament, to provide Masters pick-up instructions.
We offer custom Masters packages that include tournament badges, hospitality, lodging, and ground transportation. We also can secure golf tee times (at area courses), corporate housing and setup private events. Our Masters hospitality options include the finest amenities: valet parking, premium food and bar, shuttle service to/from the course, and large screen TVs to watch the golf.
Rain at the Masters
If a single-day Masters badge is purchased and any golf is played on the date the badge is ordered for - regardless of weather or other play restrictions - it will be considered a day of golf and there will be no refunds or exchanges, and the badge will not be valid for any other days of the tournament. Clients who purchase a multi-day Masters badge can use the badge the next day and will not receive any refunds.
