August 19-21, 2013 at Rangers Ballpark (Arlington, TX) Rangers sweep -- 15-6, 4-2, 5-4 The Rangers busted into this one early, scoring 11 runs in the bottom of the third inning behind two bad errors from Matt Dominguez and Jonathan Villar. In game two, Adrian Beltre smashed a line drive into the right field seats off Jared Cosart to take a 3-2 lead that the Rangers would not give up. In the final game, the Astros made a comeback in the 8th inning, scoring two runs to tie the game on a single and a HBP. Astros reliever Chia-Jen Lo have up a single and two walks before hitting Elvis Andrus in the bottom of the ninth to bring in the winning run for the Rangers.

August 9-12, 2013 at Minute Maid Park (Houston, TX) Rangers sweep 4-0 -– 9-5, 5-4, 6-1, 2-1 In game one, Jason Castro put the Astros in the lead with a HR in the 2nd inning, but the biggest inning was the 8th where the Rangers scored four runs to take a 7-4 lead they would not give back.
