In game two, Barry Zito got his fifth win of the season with a 5-inning, 1 ER performance. Pable Sandoval led the Gaints with a 2-for-3, HR performance. Edinson Volquez and Tim Lincecum duked it out in game three, with the game at a 1-1 tie going into the 8th inning. Angel Pagan hit a game-winning home run to win the game 2-1 for the Giants.
September 12-15, 2013 at Dodger Stadium (Los Angeles, CA)
Dodgers 3-2, Giants 4-2, Giants 19-3,Giants 4-3 Game one went into extra innings, with Adrian Gonzalez delivering the walk-off single up the middle to score Carl Crawford. In game two, Madison Bumgarner and Clayton Kershaw dueled it out before Kershaw was let down by the defense behind him. Hunter Pence hit a home run in the 8th for an insurance run as well. In game three, the Giants scored in seven different innings, taking a 7-1 lead into the third. They scored 19 runs on Dodger pitching to win by 16 runs. Game four was a lot closer, with Brent Pill hitting the game-winning pinch-hit home run for the Giants.

Bumgartner also got the pitching win, throwing 7 innings and racking up 9 strikeouts. Clayton Kershaw pitched 8 strong innings in game three, giving up only three hits in the duel with Chad Gaudin. Hanley Ramirez led hitters with a 2-for-4 line with a triple.
