2018 NBA Playoffs

The 2017 NBA Playoffs are here, and the field is as interesting as it has ever been. The defending champion Cleveland Cavaliers are coming off a disappointing end to the regular season with the 5th spot in the league, but are looking to bring home a second straight title to Cleveland from a strong playoff series. Standing in the Cavaliers way will be Western Conference power Golden State Warriors, who look to reclaim their NBA Title to their trophy room. In the Eastern Conference, the Boston Celtics are hungry to get to their first NBA finals since 2012. Throw in tough teams like the Rockets, Spurs, Raptors, and Thunder, and the 2017 NBA Playoffs are as good as ever.

QView

The 2017 Western Conference playoff bracket might be one of the toughest in the history of the NBA. The Golden State Warriors won 67 games in the regular season taking the top spot in the West by 6 wins. The San Antonio Spurs are as talented as ever, and within a regular season ending 61-21 and the No. 2 spot in the league they are tough competition. Throw in championship caliber teams like the Houston Rockets and Utah Jazz, and the talent in the West is on historic levels.

Eastern Conference Finals

  • Date: May 2018
  • Teams: Boston Celtics vs. Cleveland Cavaliers

The 2017 Eastern Conference playoffs are looking different from the previous years with LeBron James and the Cavaliers dropping to the No. 5 spot in the league, but still look to make it back to back conference championships. While the Cavs are favorites to advance to another NBA Finals, the battle for the East is far from over. The Boston Celtics come into the playoffs with a strong team and the No. 1 spot in the East and have regained their confidence. The Raptors and Wizards have proven they are contenders for the conference finals.
