The AT&T Center is a multi-use indoor arena in San Antonio, Texas. Its primary tenant is the San Antonio Spurs, but it is also the home of the San Antonio Rodeo and is the first choice for major concert touring acts. The venue is on the east side of the city and has hosted everything from NBA Finals games to autocross competitions in the parking lot each month. Formerly known as the SBC Center, the naming rights were purchased by AT&T in 2005 in a 20-year deal.
The San Antonio Spurs teamed up with Bexar County to build a new arena that would serve their purposes better than the Alamodome could, including club seating and lower level suites. The capacity of the AT&T Center is 18,418 for basketball and can go up to 19,000 for concerts. The arena is split between the 100 and 200 levels, and the 100 level is split up when it comes to how close you are to the court. Courtside, Charter, and Plaza levels all ascend from the court, while the plaza level seats behind the basket are usually the most affordable of the lower level seats.
