The Wells Fargo Center is one of three stadiums that sit on the outskirts of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, along with Citizens Bank Park and Lincoln Financial Field. The arena opened in 1996 and is home to the Philadelphia 76ers and Philadelphia Flyers. The Wells Fargo Center boasts more than 21,600 seats and an oval-design that eliminates any obstructed-view seats. The venue is easily accessible by I-95 and I-76 with ample parking for those who love to tailgate before the event. The arena also has one of the most visually impressive video boards in the country - an eight-sided video/matrix board that can display everything from live video to in-game stats for die-hard fans.

The Philadelphia Flyers may not have won a championship since 1975, but they have given their fans plenty to cheer for over the years. The Flyers are consistent attendees in the NHL playoffs and made it all the way to the Stanley Cup Finals in 1997 and 2010. With stellar players such as Eric Lindros, Eric Desjardins, and Peter Forsberg on the ice, the Flyers have been a force in the Eastern Conference for years.

Much like the Flyers, Philadelphia 76ers' fans have been yearning for the days of old. The 76ers have been an up and down team since moving into the new arena with sporadic postseason success and a spot in the NBA Finals in 2001. Fans were enthralled by the inspired play of Allen Iverson, who won the NBA MVP Award in 2001, but the team was never able to fully put it together on the court. However, with nine playoff appearances since the venue opened, the 76ers have given their fans plenty to be excited about over the years.

The Wells Fargo Center is also the preeminent concert venue in the Philadelphia area. The arena got off to a rousing start in 1996 when they used a soft opening to bring Ray Charles to perform in front of an estimated 12,000 people. Since then, the arena has been home to big acts such as Billy Joel, Elton John, Madonna, Bruce Springsteen and many more. For Philadelphia sports fans, the Wells Fargo Center is just one of many reasons why the city has become one of the best places to attend a game or catch an unforgettable show.
