US Open Tennis Parking

Demand for US Open Tennis Tournament parking passes is strong every year from fans who want to drive to the tournament. Parking passes for the US Open Tennis Tournament at the USTA National Tennis Center are available to purchase for each session of the tournament. Parking passes for the US Open can still be purchased on the day you are attending, but we recommend you buy early enough to allow them to be transferred to you. Many fans choose to buy days (or weeks) in advance of their session because parking passes for top parking lots are often gone by the day of the event. Anytime you are buying parking passes, or tickets, know that you will need to be able to download an app to access your parking pass.

Where is the best place to park at the US Open? There are a few parking options for the US Open at the National Tennis Center, but we primarily sell three lots: Lot A, Lot H and Lot F. Parking Lot A is the premium parking option at the US Open, as it allows patrons to park directly outside of Arthur Ashe Stadium. Lot A is the right option for those fans where price is not an object, as passes may be a few hundred dollars for early sessions but then can sell for well in excess of $1,000 per pass for late sessions. Lot A is very close and convenient, so most fans who park there will tell you that it was worth the money.

Parking in Lot H is also relatively close to the venue as Lot H is just a short walk from the National Tennis Center. Lot H is located just across the Grand Central Parkway and adjacent to the new grandstand. It is a good parking spot and typically sells at a reasonable price point that falls between Lot A and cheaper lots. Lot F is the cheapest parking pass that we typically offer for the US Open Tennis Tournament. Lot F is up the street near the Aquatic Center, and a slightly further walk from the tennis center. It is still a good parking spot and much less expensive. Lot F passes can sell anywhere from $5.00 to $150 depending on the session. There are some cash lots out near Lot F, but many fans prefer to have the security of a parking pass rather than try their chance in those paid lots.

Traffic in New York City can be brutal, so we recommend that you allow yourself plenty of time for traffic on the way to the National Tennis Center. If you are attending an afternoon or evening session, make sure you confirm what time the parking lot closes when you arrive to park. We offer more information on getting to the US Open here on our main US Open tickets page. Please be careful when purchasing US Open parking to select the correct session, and/or date, that you are attending.

What is best way to get to the US Open? A common question from fans attending the Open, particularly as demand for this event has increased over the past few years. In NYC, there are multiple ways to get out to Queens. A fan can take the train, a car service, hire a private driver, use a ride share service, take a taxi, rent a helicopter or drive their own car. For many folks attending the Open, driving their own vehicle is the right choice now. Part of that stems from a common complaint we receive from fans who say that securing a ride home afterwards can be troublesome. The night sessions at the Open end late, so the options going home are not as plentiful as those options to go there. To drive your own car, fans will need to pre-purchase a parking pass. Our options for parking passes at the US Open are listed here.
