We pride ourselves on being the top performing group in not only our industry but all of entertainment and ticketing. The varied account based backgrounds mixed with expertise in the event and ticketing space allow for us to get maximum ROI from your budget and provide recommendations on the right products at the right time.

Trey SimcikHead of Partnership Sales

Trey has a wide-ranging background in Corporate Account Management and ROI growth. While he manages many types of accounts he is our specialist in working on a national scope with companies who have multiple locations or those with various needs across the country. He started at TechTronic Industries where he traveled extensively to meet with clients and foster relationships that helped grow their revenues and get strong returns on their investments. He has an extreme attention to detail, a deep understanding and expertise of the national ticketing landscape and will find inventory or create packages tailored with an individual organizations goal in mind.

Taylor
Taylor ZarskyManager of Client Relations

Our resident industry expert, Taylor comes to TicketCity after a successful stint managing the sales and customer service for an online and retail ticketing agency. Taylors deep industry knowledge makes her the perfect addition to the sales and service team as she is the go to problem solver and ace communicator. She has a rolodex of contacts in the industry that the team leans on for all sales and service needs. Taylor also manages our onsite offices and client services at large events such as the Super Bowl, Masters and Kentucky Derby as well as oversees client communication, marketing initiatives and vendor relationships. A former collegiate volleyball player at the University of Texas of the Permian Basin with a major in Communications and a specialization in PR, Taylor combines sports passion and knowledge with her education and ticketing background to provide flawless experiences for our top clients.

Ted Barry
Ted BarryDirector of Client Relations

Ted arrived at TicketCity after receiving his B.S. in Journalism from the University of Massachusetts. He completed internships at Comcast SportsNet New England, where he analyzed stats and trends for broadcasts and worked with partners and vendors, and another local TV station, where he created/produced/hosted a weekly sports talk show. He honed his customer service skills working in the fast-paced environment of high-speed ferries on Cape Cod, and eventually joined the Client Relations team at TicketCity 3 years ago. He quickly worked his way up in the department, first being promoted to manager, then overseeing all client orders, supply chain, and ticket vendor relations. Under Ted’s direction TicketCity implemented many processes that eased purchases for consumers and allowed for more transparency with our ticket partnerships. This has led to better relationship with vendors and of course better pricing and experiences for our customers. Ted was promoted to Director of Client Relations where he now oversees all aspects of the customer experience including our staffing, order processing, delivery and fulfillment, onsite event management, corporate services and outreach initiatives

Michael Guiffre
Michael GuiffreVice President of Sales

Mike has almost of 2 decades of experience in the sports, entertainment and ticketing landscape. He started his career at the Pittsburgh Penguins eventually spending 8 years as the Director of Premium Seating. He oversaw all corporate ticketing accounts, suites, premium seating and other sponsorship leases totaling $35 million annually. After a successful stint as a member of the management team building and opening PPG Paints Arena he moved to American Airlines Center in Dallas where he was tasked with reorganizing the corporate ticketing and premium seating departments. After 3 years in Dallas and a stint consulting with startup firms, Mike moved onto TicketCity as he wanted to combine his ticket background with a modern focus. Under his direction TicketCity has made efforts in reaching the business community by increasing its offerings and focusing on using the secondary markets superior flexibility, options and expertise to grow a company’s ROI. Mike has long recognized the value of what sites like TicketCity offer to businesses and has published articles on this and similar topics.

Carter
Carter Bond

Carters background includes working as an Outside Sales Representative and Account Manager for Albert Uster Imports. While there his main goal was to develop deep relationships and an understanding of the businesses specific needs. He took an educational approach to his clients and used that to develop individually designed programs. At TicketCity he handles multiple Corporate Accounts and specializes in creating packaging as well as online employee and consumer rewards. He works to bring a positive experience to the business and personally follows up with every order that comes his way whether from the company, their client or the employee/customer reward program.

Will
Will Weir

Will has a 5-year account management background most recently in the sports ticketing space, He came to us from the University of Texas where he was a Senior Consultant of Premium Seating and handled the sale and service of premium options including club, hospitality and suite leases. He is our resident expert on all things premium seating, having a keen knowledge of industry trends and inventory opportunities. He also has deep industry ties and contacts giving us access that may not be available on the open market driving unique packages. Prior, Will was an Account Executive for International Studies Abroad where he traveled extensively to develop strong relationships, unique partnerships and marketing collaboration with Colleges and Universities.

Kendall
Kendall Law

The veteran of the sales group, Kendall brings over a decade of ticketing experience combined with a career in real estate as well as advertising sales. Kendall uses these past experiences of handling complex deals and negotiations into a role that requires details and customer attention. She acts as a concierge for clients handling any request, building out specialized packaging and walking them through from inventory discovery to special requests. By treating each account with a personal touch, Kendall has built personal and long standing relationships with our most tenured clients.
