The 2019 Masters Golf Tournament

Tickets Event Guide History Attractions Masters Hospitality

The story going into the biggest golf tournament in the world is Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy. Tiger is back on top and is the favorite to win the tournament after a long major win hiatus, while McIlroy has begun to rebound after a rocky start to the 2013 golf season. Both will have massive gallaries following them around Augusta National, but if we've learned something over the last few years it's that predicting a winner at the Masters is near impossible.

Bubba Watson will be looking to go back-to-back, while Phil Mickelson looks to add to his collection of green jackets. Lee Westwood and Hunter Mahan should never be overlooked as well. The 2013 Masters promises to be one to remember, as the tournament always is.

Every golfer young and old has the Masters on their bucket list, and with resurgence of golf’s biggest star and the bright young players gunning for their first green jacket, 2012 is a great year to visit Augusta National.

Coming into the tournament as #1 in the world is Englishman Luke Donald, who is fresh off a win at the PGA Transitions Championship.  Reclaiming the top spot from Rory McIlroy, the two figure to be a focal point this year at Augusta with the world #1 on the line. McIlroy’s 2011 Masters is that of golf lore, leading by four shots going into the final round only to come away with an 80 and a 15th place finish.

Fascinating storylines abound, the eyes of most golf fans will be on four-time Masters winner Tiger Woods. Although Woods hasn’t won a major since the 2008 U.S. Open, he continues to draw attention from around the world. Finishing tied for fourth in last year’s tournament, Woods knows the course well and is always a threat if he’s on the leaderboard come Sunday.

TicketCity will be at the Masters once again for all your badge needs, and we hope you’ll join us!

While Mickelson is currently carrying the crown, Woods is still the odds-on favorite to win in 2011. Woods last year tied for fourth place, but hasn’t had a win in 19 tournaments and his putting prowess is looking to be the culprit.
